On Thursday, 24 April 2025, a fun and creative Thumb Art activity on the theme “Lady Bug” was conducted for the children. The activity encouraged creativity and imagination while strengthening their finger and hand muscles.
Children were guided to use round potato stamps dipped in red colour and thumb impressions in black to create attractive lady bugs. The teacher further assisted them in completing the artwork by drawing the head, antennae and legs using black crayons.
This engaging activity helped enhance eye–hand coordination and provided a sensory-rich learning experience. The children participated enthusiastically and thoroughly enjoyed the hands-on art session while learning through play.
