On 27th August 2026, a Rakhi Making Competition was organised for the students of Classes I and II in the Primary Section on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan.

The objective of the activity was to introduce young learners to the significance of the festival of Raksha Bandhan and the values of love, protection, and the bond shared between siblings. Students used craft materials such as coloured threads, beads, and decorative items to design their own rakhis, showcasing their creativity and fine motor skills.

The children participated with great enthusiasm and joy, and the activity helped them understand and appreciate the cultural and emotional importance of this traditional Indian festival.
