On 12th August 2026, DAV Public School, Pune hosted the prestigious DAV Institutions Western Region "Swar Jhankaar" Group Singing Competition (2026–2027), which witnessed enthusiastic participation from prominent schools including Nerul, Kharghar, Mulund, Airoli, Pune, Ahmedabad, Thane, and Panvel. DAV Public School, Panvel delivered an outstanding performance, with its senior group (Standards 9th to 12th) bagging the 1st Prize in the Bhajan category and its junior group (Classes 6th to 8th) securing the 2nd Prize in the Patriotic Song category.
