Independence Day celebration

Independence Day was celebrated at DAV Public School, New Panvel with immense joy and enthusiasm. The event aimed to instil a sense of patriotism and commemorate the struggles and sacrifices made for our nation's freedom.

The celebration commenced with the hoisting of the national flag by the Principal. This was followed by the singing of the National Anthem, instilling a sense of pride in all attendees. Patriotic speeches were delivered in Marathi and English languages. A group of students sang the song ‘Mile Sur Mera Tumhara ‘mellifluously. N.C.C cadets participated in the march past vibrantly.N.C.C rank upgradation ceremony was held to acknowledge and celebrate the promotion of cadets. Under the Annapurna Initiative food grains were distributed to the representative of Balgram Orphanage situated at Khanda colony.The non-teaching staff members were felicitated with awards and certificates to acknowledge their dedicated performance and inspire them to continue excelling.

An inspiring and eloquent speech was delivered by the Principal, highlighting the importance of Independence Day and national integration.
