On 23rd April 2025, D.A.V. Public School, New Panvel, hosted a grand Felicitation Ceremony in the Multipurpose Hall to honour its National Sports Achievers. The event was a proud celebration of the students’ dedication, discipline, and excellence in national-level sports competitions. The program began with a warm welcome, followed by thunderous applause as each sports champion was introduced and invited on stage. Our respected Principal, Mr. Sumanth Ghosh, delivered an inspiring speech, congratulating the winners and emphasizing the importance of sports in shaping character, leadership, and resilience. He reaffirmed the school’s commitment to holistic development and nurturing young talent. A key highlight of the event was the individual distribution of certificates by the Principal, where each of the 47 participants, including 22 medalists, was recognized and applauded. The audience, comprising students, teachers, and staff, enthusiastically celebrated their achievements. The event also acknowledged the relentless efforts of the Sports Faculty, with special appreciation extended to the coaches and physical education teachers for their dedication and mentorship. The ceremony concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, marking a memorable occasion that celebrated not only sporting excellence but also the spirit of teamwork, perseverance, and school pride.
