The importance of sports and games in the school includes more than just the benefit of physical activity. Participation in organized sports offers the students in their formative years to enhance their physical, emotional and social skills. When combined with academics, it helps the learners develop the qualities of leadership, sharing, team spirit and tolerance and inculcate the habit of obedience, discipline and the determination to win resulting in the all-round development of the learners. 

The school has a big play ground and a basketball court. The school has appointed coaches for various games. Training camps are held from time to time.

Those who desire to play for the school and the house, register with the Physical Training Masters who further groom them in the games of their choices.

The students of the school have participated in the International, National and State level competitions under various categories and brought accolades to the school.
