ADMISSION PROCESS 2021-2022  
GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR NURSERY ADMISSION
2021 – 2022
 
First priority will be given to siblings; others will be accommodated if seats are available.
 
AGE CRITERIA:
 
Child should be born between 1st October 2017 – 15th January 2019.
 
Note: Application or Registration forms of children not fulfilling the age criteria shall be rejected without any intimation.
 
ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR NURSERY ADMISSION – 2021-2022
• Online Registration form for admission to Nursery for the academic year 2021-2022 will be available on the school website with Registration fee of Rs. 1000/-  (One thousand only) (Not refundable if not selected).  
• Registration Form must be filled only Online. The link for the Online Registration will be open from 10.00 am on 23.02.2021 till 5.00 pm on 25.02.2021.
 
Documents to be attached with the Registration form:
 
 True copy of Birth Certificate, attested by the Parent.  If any discrepancy found the admission will be invalid and will be automatically cancelled.
 True copy of elder sibling’s Identity card studying in DAV Public School,  New Panvel for sibling admission.
 
Note: 
Submission of registration form does not guarantee admission.
• School Timings for Nursery class: 12.50 pm to 3.30 pm.
 
ADMISSION PROCEDURE:
1. The School believes in absolute transparency with regards to admission.
2. Admission to Nursery shall be based on draw of lots and only in the presence of PTA members.
3. Any wrong information and incomplete application form will be disqualified without any intimation.
4. The school does not accept any favours by way of donations or capitation fees. 
5. Prospective parents are requested to keep a track on the School Website for notification regarding the shortlisted students.
6. The Admission Committee reserves its rights on issues regarding admission.                 
7.. The final decision will be taken by the admission committee.
8.Your email id is your user ID.
9.You will receive the password in your mail.
10. You will be able to download the form on successful payment of registration fee with the same user Id and Password.
11. Once you make the payment and receive a message of payment from your bank, don't pay again. Wait for 24 hrs, Login again with the same user Id and password to confirm your registration. 
12. In case you receive this message after entering  OTP (-? The information you have entered on this page over an insecure connection and could be read by a third party . Are you sure you want to send this information-) click on continue/send anyway..
13.If you don't receive a receipt at your end wait for 24 hrs.
14, Please don't approach the bank for any double payment . Contact school office or write a mail davnewpannvel@gmail.com for any refund.
 
 
ADMISSIONS FROM JR KG TO STD – IX FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2021-2022 WILL BE AGAINST VACANCIES ONLY.
